Outbound sales teams spend hours scraping leads, sorting targets, and copy-pasting email drafts, resulting in low reply rates and deliverability issues.
Key Requirements

Architectural Breakdown
- ✓Lead Enrichment Engine: Clay and Apollo APIs extraction pipelines.
- ✓Cognitive Node: OpenAI LLM agent running context-aware prompts.
- ✓Sender Gateway: Smartlead API sending variants across multiple secondary domains.
Implementation Strategy
We built the backend pipeline in Node.js and n8n. Lead profiles are dynamically enriched, summarized by an LLM model running LangChain logic, and queued for email campaign delivery.
Technical Decisions
- •Selected LangChain for stateful logic coordination over basic API prompts.
- •Used self-hosted n8n nodes to reduce monthly API connection costs.
Key Challenges Solved
- •Preserving sender reputation across domains was achieved by implementing strict daily volume caps and automated warming paths.
Quality Assurance & Testing
We ran validation scripts testing prompt output consistency across hundreds of mock profiles, verifying that variables like names and companies matched profile data exactly.
