Warranty Tracker allows users to request deletion of their account and related account information.

For this version of Warranty Tracker, your warranty records, subscription records, profile picture, documents, receipts, invoices, PDFs, warranty cards, and attachments are stored locally on your own device.

Kodrilla does not store your warranty records, subscription records, profile picture, documents, receipts, invoices, PDFs, warranty cards, or attachments on its own servers.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion in two ways.

From Inside the App

Open Warranty Tracker and follow these steps:

  1. 1Go to Profile or Settings.
  2. 2Select Delete Account.
  3. 3Confirm your deletion request.

By Email

Send an email to:

Subject line: Warranty Tracker Account Deletion Request

In your email, please include the email address linked with your Warranty Tracker account so we can identify your account.

What Happens When You Request Account Deletion

After receiving your deletion request, we will delete or anonymize account-related information where applicable, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup recovery, or compliance purposes.

For this version of the app, Kodrilla does not store your locally saved warranty records, subscription records, profile picture, documents, receipts, invoices, PDFs, warranty cards, or attachments on its own servers.

How to Remove Locally Stored App Data

Because your main Warranty Tracker data is stored locally on your device, you can remove it by:

  • Deleting records inside the app
  • Deleting uploaded documents inside the app
  • Removing your profile picture inside the app
  • Clearing the app data from your device settings
  • Uninstalling the app from your device

Please note that uninstalling the app, clearing app data, resetting your device, or losing your device may permanently delete locally stored Warranty Tracker data.

Kodrilla may not be able to recover locally stored data after it is deleted from your device.

Data That May Be Deleted or Anonymized

Where applicable, account deletion may include deletion or anonymization of:

  • Account identifier
  • Email address linked with the account
  • Authentication-related information
  • App-related account records processed through authentication services

Data That Is Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device and is not stored on Kodrilla servers:

  • Warranty records
  • Subscription records
  • Profile picture
  • Receipts
  • Invoices
  • Warranty cards
  • Images
  • PDF files
  • Documents
  • Attachments
  • Locally saved reminder details

To remove this locally stored data, delete it from inside the app, clear app data, or uninstall the app.

Information That May Be Retained

Some limited information may be retained for a period of time if required for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Security and fraud prevention
  • Dispute resolution
  • Abuse prevention
  • Backup recovery
  • Technical logs needed for app safety and reliability

Processing Time

We aim to process account deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying account ownership.
