Tic Tac Toe Infinity Privacy Policy

Tic Tac Toe Infinity (“the game”) is published by Kodrilla (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information is used when you play and why. We built the game to collect as little as possible.

Nothing that identifies you is collected directly by Kodrilla through the game. The game has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics and no backend server of its own.

Your games, scores and levels are never saved or sent anywhere; every launch starts fresh.

Two small settings are stored only on your device: whether you have accepted the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and whether you have seen the introduction. These settings are deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data.

The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob, a service of Google.

To show and measure ads, Google may collect and use information from your device, such as its advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, device type and how you interact with ads.

Google may use this to show ads that are more relevant to you.

This information goes directly to Google; Kodrilla does not receive or store it on its own servers.

You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads using your phone's privacy and advertising settings, where available.

Gameplay works fully offline. The game only uses the internet to load ads. Without a connection, the game works normally, just without ads.

The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Kodrilla does not maintain a game account database or store personal gameplay information on its servers.

The two on-device settings remain until you uninstall the game or clear its data.

Advertising data is processed by Google under its own policies.

We may update this policy. If the change matters, the game will ask you to review and accept it again. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
